About this app

With the "ZAP FIDELITÉ" application, the management of your "customer file" and your private cards becomes mobile...

Connected by wifi network, you will be able to:
- Deport the entry of the contact details and information of your new members (telephone, address, with automatic suggestion of the "city" field from the postal code, sex, date of birth, etc.),
- Integrate their photo, crop it if necessary and thus personalize their file,
- Assign this new member to a category of your customer file,
- Print their personalized card (on base cards that may vary depending on the category previously selected) usable immediately in your discotheque on a network printer.
These functionalities are only available if you are equipped with a ZAP management, collection, control and loyalty system, dedicated to discotheques and night bars, provided that your installation is well connected to the Internet.
Once the file has been created on your mobile phone, tablet or computer, the information will feed your customer file directly into the ZAPSIS software. You can then set up a real loyalty strategy for your customers.
The “loyalty” module also allows you to:
* Link the purchase of products or drinks at the bar with your customer's card (quick pass of the card in front of a scanner reader),
* Manage the allocation of points by customers: each time the customer consumes, his card is credited with a certain amount of points previously defined by you. With these points, the customer can then benefit from offered products (gifts, drinks, etc.). In short, the more the customer consumes, the more points he has and therefore, the more freebies he has,
* Distribute "privileged member" cards: the people you have selected, particularly pampered, will have a permanent credit on their card. The amount of this credit - which can range from a simple glass to several thousand euros - will be automatically renewed each day,
* Set up an electronic purse in your establishment in prepayment (the card is credited with a certain amount which will then be debited as the customer purchases) or in payment on leaving (a card is given to the customer without him paying anything, you can check his balance when he leaves). In both cases, no dispute possible: each transaction is recorded with precision of time, server and cocktail served,
* Develop your customer file: from the moment each of your customers has a card, they have completed a questionnaire which aims to enrich a valuable database on the habits and identities of your customers,
*Update and segment your customer file: the use of the map allows you to determine which are your best customers and to distinguish those who no longer come (to relaunch them for example),
* Decline a real communication campaign to relaunch or retain your strategic customers. By benefiting from numerous filters (sex, tastes, date of last visit to the establishment, birthday date, etc.), you will select your customers and send them various SMS, emails, letters, in just a few clicks,
* Install interactive terminals in your rooms so that a message can be displayed according to the parameters of the scanned card (offer a cocktail to girls celebrating their birthday, announce an erotic evening to boys aged 30 to 35, etc.) .
