System Pulse: Net Speed Test

About this app

System Pulse is a fast, honest internet speed test that goes one step further than the usual download/upload numbers: it tells you WHERE the slowdown is.

WI-FI OR ISP?
Every test measures two hops separately — the ping to your own router and the ping to the internet. If your router answers slowly or your Wi-Fi signal is weak, System Pulse says so. If your Wi-Fi is fine but the internet is slow, that's your provider. No more guessing.

WHAT YOU GET IN ~25 SECONDS
• Download and upload speed (multi-stream, measured against Cloudflare's global network)
• Idle ping and jitter
• Loaded latency — your ping while the line is busy — and a Bufferbloat grade from A+ to F
• A live throughput graph of the whole test

QUALITY-OF-EXPERIENCE SCORES
Raw Mbps doesn't tell you whether a video call will stutter. System Pulse turns your results into three practical scores:
• 4K streaming
• Online gaming
• Video calls and VoIP

COVERAGE MAP
Each test is saved with your Wi-Fi band, provider and a rounded (~500 m) location, so you can see how your connection behaves at home, at work or on the move. Location is optional.

PRIVACY FIRST
• No account, no sign-up
• Your exact location is never stored — coordinates are rounded to a 500 m grid before anything is saved
• IP address and Wi-Fi network name never leave your phone
• History stays on your device

System Pulse is free and supported by ads.

Works on Wi-Fi and mobile data. Requires Android 8.0 or newer.
