Write your own rules. Each day, look back at yesterday and mark them kept or broken.
A rule can run every day or only on the days you choose. Once a rule has been logged, its schedule is fixed for the days behind you; a change applies from today.
Leave a short note on each day, up to 140 characters.
Observations record what happened without judging it: a yes or no, or a number with a unit.
Each rule shows its current streak, its best streak, and the share of due days you kept. The calendar shows each day as perfect, broken or incomplete. Insights charts the last 30 days.
A day a rule isn't scheduled doesn't count. A due day left unlogged ends the streak.
Past days can be corrected from the calendar. Archived rules keep their history.
Your rules and history are kept in your Systems Atlas account and sync across your devices while you're signed in.
