Your entries are compiled into a clear PDF report: select the time period, select the sections, and you're done. Instead of a vague feeling in the doctor's office, you'll have a clear overview on the table.

EVEN ON BAD DAYS

Quick entries only take a few seconds: location, intensity, a short note. You can add to them later if you like. No registration, no setup required. You just get started.

WHAT YOU CAN RECORD

- Pain entry: Location, intensity from 0 to 10, pain characteristics, accompanying symptoms, triggers, measures taken, medication as needed, sleep, stress, and mood

- Body map: Tap on pain areas or mark them as regions for anything you can't put into words

- Mood check: Good, so-so, bad. Can be done several times a day

- Vital signs: Blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, temperature, weight, oxygen saturation

- Nutrition, hydration, and activities with time and duration

- Menstrual cycle: Period and symptoms in one app, not five. Completely switchable

- Manually enter lab results and track their progress
- Documents: Photograph and securely store doctor's reports and findings

- Notebook: For questions about your doctor's appointment and anything that doesn't fit into a form

- Medication checklist for your regular medication, sorted by time of day

- The daily weather is automatically entered

DATA PROTECTION, FINELY SPEAKING

Your entries are encrypted and stored on your device and protected by a PIN, not on our servers. We'll be upfront about one limitation: If you use the automatic daily weather feature, your location or postal code will be transmitted to a weather service. You can disable this function.

The app is free and ad-free.
