Our Team Co-Creation Tool is the first in the AI-HI FUSION by SYZYGY® series of solutions to develop talent. Our SYZYGY® Methodology is based on over 30years experience in enabling people within large-scale organizational transformations globally, regionally and nationally.

It is a mobile app (iOS and Android) used collectively and concurrently by team members. It is a guided agile process to innovate solutions in iterative cycles of continuous improvement focused on human impact.

The Tool is applied within team-based action learning - within the workplace and/or existing talent development programs.

The experience enabled by the tool prepares talent to be future-ready; equipped to operate within the future economy, technology and ways of working
