About this app

Sinhala Letters Writing app shows how letters in the Sinhala alphabet are written. Sinhala is an official language in Sri Lanka. On screen animation follows the sequence of strokes typically used to write each letter. The 39 letters presented in the app could be considered as the most commonly encountered letters in Sinhala texts.

You can navigate through the letters by clicking the arrow buttons, swiping the image in either direction or directly selecting one from the list. An audio element associated with letter (sound and name) will also accompany the selection of each letter.
