this app is incredibly unreliable at taking pictures, and can't detect a passport when given a clear, glare free view

Timed out within 5 minutes while I was reading the Privacy Policy (that it tells you to read), then asked for a password it never told me to set up. The pop-up would re-open the second it was closed, and in doing so it locked me into the app - preventing me from exiting the app for even a second to check my messages for a potential password. I wound up having to reset my phone to so I could open my messages and write the code down before even booting the app up.

Experian asks for the same info so many times in so many places, including multiple email links and the app. Thoroughly confusing to keep track of what you've done and what you haven't. Seems like each aspect has a different dev team, none of whom speak to each other. Would not recommend businesses waste time and money on it. Disappointing given how well respected the company is.
