The app refused to run. each time i launch it, it immediately closed. there is a notification that says, Rightcheck closed because it has a bug. Try updating after its debeloper provide a fix for tje error.

The app staff were friendly and helpful but the app problem with passport chip scanning needs addressed urgently, the reviews show this is happening frequently. The gig company won't accept video calls nor have a local office so I am having to take time off my full time job to get a family member to take me to the busy opening of the site 3 days before my shift to show my passport in person. Trying to verify my passport is going to take more time than the shift I'll be working!

App tells you to move your phone over your ID then to stop then to move it again then no we can't read the chip because the phone is moving it's so silly. Even more stupid is when it tells you to move your head your head a "liveness" check but then you can't see the following instructions! Poor design. Also no information on the privacy policy about the security of data storage or how long it's retained for (determined by employer). Not confident at all in this company.
