It's awful. Really clunky app, badly designed. Does the job, but with absolutely no flexibility. Like i really struggle having one eye closed at a time. The way things pop up on screen whilst you're typing and cover the text box. There's no way to message for help. Automatically transitioning from page to page, meaning you can't go at your own speed slows you down, rather than speeding you up. Basic text boxes that and image prompts would be more efficient. All flash and no substance

There should upload feature so to make submitting a document more convenient and easy.

I don't really agree to this method of ID validation, first steps to digital id ,but can't proceed with job applications without it
