It's awful. Really clunky app, badly designed. Does the job, but with absolutely no flexibility. Like i really struggle having one eye closed at a time. The way things pop up on screen whilst you're typing and cover the text box. There's no way to message for help. Automatically transitioning from page to page, meaning you can't go at your own speed slows you down, rather than speeding you up. Basic text boxes that and image prompts would be more efficient. All flash and no substance

Absolutely rubbish. Asking for information, I provide it, it's verified. Then they ask for the same information again. Take a live picture of yourself, tells you to turn your head, but then you can't see the phone screen, or what to do next. Garbage..

absolutely pointless. what happened to normal "send it in an email". over the top use of technology - absolutely unnecessary. hated every minute of it
