I signed up for the trial app on November 1st, my account was charged on Nov 3rd or 5th. I requested for my money from Google pay on the 8th since I don't need the app again. Google pay told me I can't get a refund. I emailed T65 on the app and laptop, no response, no one to talk to or contact. I thot I was chatting with customer service but was told to pay again to resolve issue. This is bad business. I should have read the reviews before signing up.

Downloaded app, paid for subscription, downloaded monthly cap and canceled my subscription when I noticed the contacts were not matching for the current month! Went to the downloaded the data but now I cannot open it, even in my free excel. Seems like if you cancel they take away the leads? I paid for them! I reached out to the staff and no word.

DO NOT PURCHASE UNTIL IT IS WORKING!! Dates for 2024 are a mixed bag. Some are turning 65, others are already 65. It's a waste of time to call people with bad info, really slows down productivity. Contacted the owner who said they are working on it. It's been almost 3 weeks and no fix. To be fair, it's a good app when it was working properly
