Please make sure to log in via the web site before using the new version of the app. This will avoid all password and account errors.
This is not an update. It is a total new app. When trying to login to the old app it asks you to install a new version but really you have to uninstall the old one and load the new one.
I like the previous app better. The app keeps closing whenever I try to get into messages disappointed in the new app. The old app was easier as well
It says my account was disabled, then invalid and now I cannot log in.
This new app does not let you see what the previous app did. I had understood that under Vanderbilt's policy I could not see my reports of test or labs done after certain business days. Routine test like CBC was immediately seen, but with this new app I am not able to see any new results. All it says is that it is communication through providers. If the provider sends you a message you know then, but if not it does not allow you to see your medical record. This app only works to see future appointments you have or to send a message but not to see your actual medical record.
Can't even log in since new update. Uninstalled and installed 3 times and still won't work. Come on Vandy... Please fix. You messed up a perfectly good app that worked fine before!
