Taathya - Channel Partner App is a secure and dedicated mobile application built exclusively for registered Channel Partners (CPs) associated with the Taathya platform. The app digitizes and simplifies the entire loan sourcing, processing, and commission workflow, from lead allocation to loan closure.

How Taathya Works
When a client visits the Taathya website and applies for a loan, the request is instantly shared with all eligible Channel Partners in the client’s selected area via the Taathya mobile app.
- Leads are assigned on a first-accept basis
- The first Channel Partner to accept becomes the official owner of that client

Client Meeting & Verification
After accepting the lead:
- The Channel Partner schedules and visits the client at the provided meeting address
- Once the meeting is completed, the partner ends the meeting using OTP verification, confirming client presence and authenticity

Document Upload & Loan Processing
Post OTP verification:
- The Taathya Admin generates a secure document upload link
- The client uploads required loan documents through the link
- The Channel Partner reviews the documents and logs the loan application with the appropriate bank
- Loan status is updated as the application progresses

Real-Time Status Visibility
Loan updates are reflected in real time across:
- Client Web Portal
- Channel Partner Mobile App
- Taathya Admin Web Portal
This ensures transparency and smooth coordination between all parties.

Commission on Loan Closure
Channel Partners earn commission based on successful loan closure
Commission eligibility is linked to:
- Verified client meeting
- Bank login by the assigned Channel Partner
- Final loan disbursement
Commission-related updates are tracked within the system for clarity and accountability
