Item was not delivered and they do not want to refund the money. Worst customer service, they dont respond to emails. Keeping faith in new startups/companies is a big mistake that we customers make. Taazapanta is yet another such company which doesnt believe in good customer service.

Missing items with no refund. In my 1st order they missed 2 items, even after continues reminders, the answer would always be next time but that never happens. And after a few days one more item missed,I asked for a refund for the 1st 2 missing items and this one, they say cant refund but will send products next time.Again after few reminders no refund or replacement happens and their team keep changing .
