Tabirio is a smart application that saves hours of manual transcription and automatically fills in inspection reports.

What can it do?

● Digital records
Tabirio speeds up the monotonous data entry thanks to an extensive database of appliances, which contains hundreds of thousands of records and constantly learns through use. A Bluetooth barcode and QR code reader simplifies entering serial numbers. All records are clearly stored. Tabirio replaces both paper notebooks and classic records.

● Repeated inspections
All results are saved in the database and are available at any time. The device can be immediately searched for using the reader or through advanced filters by manufacturer, type, location or other parameters.

● Automatic calculations
Based on the entered data, the program calculates measurement limits, inspection periods and estimates wire cross-sections.

● QR labels with history
Each device has its own QR code with a complete history of all inspections performed. QR codes are updated after each inspection without the need to constantly stick inspection labels.

● Defect identification
When limits are exceeded, the program automatically records the detected defect, with the option of manual addition by the user. Photos can be added to defects, not just a text description.

● Acceptance protocols
The program automatically generates a protocol on the handover and acceptance of work, which guarantees error-free and transparent invoicing.

● Report generation
The program generates a complete inspection report, including defects with references to relevant standards, deadlines and descriptions. Everything is filled in automatically, without the need for manual intervention.
