Ratings and reviews

The app on Android is awful, seems like the ppl at work who have iPhones have a little better luck but not much. It's too unreliable to count on, the notification is 50/50 and good luck getting the right sound. Also the on duty/off duty button does nothing. But based on the rating of the app and nothing being done about it I'd say TC obviously doesn't care.

This app worked great....and then the update was installed. Since the "update" the app is slow, doesn't show calls when dispatched, won't upload new calls throughout the day and wont upload new critical notes while on a call. Everytime you reach out to support they give you the same unhelpful instructions (clear cache). Based on the other numerous negative reviews, it's probably the app (talking to you customer support) and not my phone.

When I set alert sound it does not work. I get something other than I set it to. Live updates are slow. Layers don't show up. Glad I'm retiring soon so I don't have to rely on this app. Do better please!! Saving Lives is a time sensitive thing
