Ratings and reviews

The app on Android is awful, seems like the ppl at work who have iPhones have a little better luck but not much. It's too unreliable to count on, the notification is 50/50 and good luck getting the right sound. Also the on duty/off duty button does nothing. But based on the rating of the app and nothing being done about it I'd say TC obviously doesn't care.

This app worked great....and then the update was installed. Since the "update" the app is slow, doesn't show calls when dispatched, won't upload new calls throughout the day and wont upload new critical notes while on a call. Everytime you reach out to support they give you the same unhelpful instructions (clear cache). Based on the other numerous negative reviews, it's probably the app (talking to you customer support) and not my phone.

Seems to still drain battery on Android quickly. Can't figure out how to get audible notifications like my coworkers who have iPhones receive. Their phones always make audible alert notifications when dispatched while mine just vibrates. Have tried messing with setting to no avail. The settings and toggles on the iPhone look totally different.
