The app needs some debugging - the menu selections get caught in a loop; asking the same questions over and over for menu item selections. Update: I discovered it's better to avoid pressing the red "Add" button to add an item to the cart. Tap on the image of the item, set your options (you MUST change something, even it's is adding a dipping sauce or substitution) then add it to bag / cart. THEN, go back and edit from the cart and remove the changes you made (tap the "No Thanks" option on edits) and then you can actually place an order.

The app treats all of the items like a burger. So if I order a side of fries or chips and queso it goes through the process of what kind of patties do you want and you can never add it to cart. When ordering a drink it just keeps making the pop-up appear instead of adding it to the cart. Whenever ordering multiple burgers it defaults every burger as the first so I got 2 cheeseburgers instead of 1 and an eggonater. Terrible app that needs a lot of fixes. Would much rather just call in my order.

Signing up was difficult as it would fail. Finally after 5 or 6 tries it took. Signing into the website never works. The app never remembers any order history. Staff is not well versed in how the app works and getting the rewards was painfully difficult for the cashier. Love the restaurant and of course the food. The website and app need work. The app does load up fast and hasn't crashed so there is that. Probably will not install on my future new phone.
