I give 3 stars cause the app does work, but their diveces does not work as I thought, it show it was at home when I was currently driving on the street, set them up is confusing , don't know if battery is low or its in one of their 3 modes, the battery in one keeps draining very fast I belive the battery is damage. I prepaid for 3 or 2 yr. very un satisfied.

I am not over the moon. I had hoped for much more from this device and app. The app crashes regularly and tells me it needs Internet connection. I thought the whole point was that it didn't need internet and could use satellite GPS. Kind of useless for tracking if cell signal is poor.

Hi Carly, sorry for the bad experience and let us check what happen to the app.
- it seems the app having problem with phone's internet connection, so it shows that error. internet is purely needed for the app to get the info from the cloud to show you.
- the tracker device's has its own GPS and using cell connection, not related to the app.

Wish I could give this zero stars. Not impressed with this app or device at all. Doesn't update as I thought it would. I thought I'd get a live feed but I don't. My kids are both currently in school but it only shows that my son is in school and my daughter is home. I personally put the devices in both of their backpacks. Also, doesn't update unless they press the button on the side. I'm returning this tomorrow and already ordered from another company to try out. Zero stars in my opinion.
