The app itself is well-designed and had a couple of great features that I really liked when using that to place my order. Although I had such a bad experience at the Lynnwood location off 164th, I've never been treated so bad in such an unprofessional manner. I was patient with there language barrier and the struggles they have to endure but the manner in which the employees lied & then proceeded to belittle & take advantage of me was disrespectful & they should've made the correct meal paid for

I only gave 3 stars ONLY because Ive had problems adding my receipts (scan or manual) when I leave the restaurant.On several occasions I didn't have my phone w/ me or it was dead.I was told I could input the receipt later in the app and be rewarded accordingly, but all I get is an "EXPIRED" message saying my receipt is old to receive credit. I understand a timeframe should be in place and think 7 days makes more sense considering today's busy world. FOOD is fantastic ! 5 stars

I go in every Wednesday, and get the same thing, and for this I earn 123 points. On December 28, I scanned my receipt, and was given 0 points. I tried to scan it again, but the app said I couldn't scan it twice, so I got screwed out of 123 points. I can show a screen capture from the app to prove it.
