First time using it: Good 1) order was processed correctly 2) loyalty reward/redemption is easier to understand Bad 1) It's ugly 2) The selection UI is not intuitive 3) loyalty points aren't earned as quickly went from 33% to 23% for next reward Overall, it performs the action I need but don't love the multiple steps required to select an item and then add to cart. Also, it's not clear if I can make an order at one location and another location in the same transaction.

Over the years I have had issues with the old app and they have always been pretty good about resolving them. I just updated to the new app and they didn't credit me for all of my reward percentage, shortenèd the amount of time before I have to redeem the reward I had and didn't credit me for all of the money that I had loaded on the app. When I emailed they tell me that it's all correct.

Not usable! The negative reviews about this app are true! I download this application yesterday, and it keeps freezing and closing while I am exploring the app. I clicked on delivery, and could progress no further. I also cannot go back the change to Pick- up. It is now useless, as it will not allow me to see the menu or schedule a pickup or delivery. This is not time saving or convenient- which is what I would expect from an app like this.
