This app and the product are horrible. Everything worked for the 1st couple of months, and then it stopped. The cards do nothing. I called for support, but they couldn't reset it. I had to revert to the app, which defeats the purchase of having ready access. Now, the app won't connect to the bluetooth to open the shelf. It's about to become a very expensive piece of firewood. Buyer beware!!!!! Eric M.

The application is unreliable!!! The app would be fantastic if it didn't fail to connect to the actual tactical trap every single time. It takes about three attempts for my phone to connect to the trap (after failing to connect) and unlock. However it doesn't always work and I'm finding myself trying to scramble and find a card and get it from the safe instead. I do this practice unlocking it when I actually will need it in the future (hopefully don't need to use this application). Fix it!

"No Devices Found" is all mine says 3 feet away from my new within 10' of a strong router. I have Android 8.0 on Samsung S7. I've loaded, uninstalled, reinstalled, your app with no change. My phone can't see the shelf. I had hoped to upgrade my Patriot 35s lock to the new Bluetooth but if you are having app issues I'll probany hold off awhile.
