Ratings and reviews

When entering the app and opening OTP, the keyboard does not appear and not fill the OTP blank space though the otp come in message. After two or three attempts the app show "the phone has been blocked temporarily this is worst experience ever with the apps. Please fix the problems.

This is a very bad app because there is a lot of cost involved in paying tuition fees here which is not deducted in other normal Nagad Bikash Rocket accounts and it is deducted even more in the case of students, so I am drawing attention to the Tap officials to take note of this issue. Otherwise, action will be taken against it.

I faced a problem in mobile recharge from TAP. I called the helpline many times but they never responded, very poor service. Not expected at all. (The problem is solved now thank you)
