About this app

Tadoo Health is a dose log built for people on testosterone therapy, peptides, and daily medications or supplements — anyone who needs to know what they took, when, and where.

LOG IN ONE TAP
Every medication gets a card on your Home screen. Tap the circle and the dose is recorded with the time, the amount you configured, and — for injections — the next site in your rotation.

SEE THE WHOLE PICTURE
Bloodwork tells you about one morning. Tadoo fills in the other days. Enter your lab results and Trends shows your dose history alongside them, with hormone estimates calibrated to your own labs, so you can see how your routine and your numbers move together.

BUILT FOR INJECTIONS
Vial-based setup: enter your vial strength and how much you mixed it with, then dose in mg, mcg, IU, or mL — the app converts exactly and shows every equivalent. A body map tracks injection sites and suggests where to go next.

NEVER MISS A DOSE
Reminders per medication and per time of day, weekly or every-N-days schedules, and skip a day when you need to. Log or skip a dose right from the reminder.

YOUR HEALTH DATA, NEXT TO YOUR DOSES — FREE
Connect Health Connect and Tadoo reads (never writes) your sleep, steps, distance, floors, exercise, calories, resting heart rate, HRV, and blood pressure. They appear as tiles on the Home tab's Today's Health panel and in your Tadoo Score. You choose which data types to share and can disconnect at any time. Trends charts of this data are part of Pro.

The free tier covers daily logging, reminders with Log and Skip buttons, and Health Connect sync. Tadoo Health Pro adds the full Trends suite, insights, the doctor report, encrypted backup on Tadoo's servers, multiple profiles, the supply tracker, and expanded assistant use. New subscribers get the first 30 days free. After that, Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, billed through Google Play and cancellable any time in your Play subscriptions. No account is needed to subscribe.

Tadoo Health is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, or treatment recommendations, and it is not a substitute for your doctor. All doses and schedules are entered by you from your own prescription, product label, or clinician's instructions. Hormone estimates are models, not lab results.

Privacy: your data lives on your device. Backup is end-to-end encrypted on Tadoo's servers. We never sell or share your health information.
