Having to uninstall and redownload multiple times to "verify my connection" is a massive inconvenience. Must be a better way

After the recent update, the app keeps on crashes after updating each course, after reinstalling, it works fine but I cannot the finish titanium course survey so I cannot complete my certification. It crashes right at the end. I did more troubleshooting but nothing. Hoping there's a fix soon.

Very disappointed, I enjoyed the Tag Heuer training on the website, new app comes out and I lose all my certification, the download for the course keeps failing on mobile data and WiFi. Guess I'm not redoing my training till someone that side does their work properly. To think I liked the Tag training so much more than the boring Swatch group training, who would have thought?
