TagJo — QR tags that keep your phone number private

Stick a TagJo tag on your car, your suitcase, your pet's collar, your keys or your front door. If someone needs to reach you, they scan the code with their phone camera. No app to install, no account to make. They can send you a message or ring you — and your phone number is never shown to them.

How it works

Scan → the finder sees a simple page → they message or call → you get the alert. Calls run through a temporary number that expires shortly afterwards, so neither side ever sees the other's real number.

What the app does

• Your tags — see everything you've tagged, change what it's attached to, suspend a tag if it's lost or the sticker has gone
• Calls — every masked call across all your tags, with the caller partly hidden so you can recognise a repeat nuisance without holding a stranger's number
• Block a caller — one tap, and it applies across every tag on your account
• Alerts — a notification the moment someone scans, with the message and their rough location if they chose to share it
• Emergency contacts — if you miss a masked call, it rolls over to someone you trust, still through a proxy number
• Document vault — registration, insurance and PUC kept where you can reach them and nobody else can. Opening one needs a fresh code even when you're already signed in
• Free digital eTag — create one in the app, print it at home, and it works exactly like the sticker
• Shop and orders — buy tags and follow the parcel

Why people use it

Blocked in by a badly parked car. Lights left on. A suitcase that came off the belt at the wrong airport. A dog without its owner. A set of keys on a café table. All of these need one thing: a way for a stranger to reach you, once, without that becoming a way to reach you forever.

What we don't do

We don't show your phone number to anyone who scans. We don't track where your tag goes — a scan is a moment, not a journey. We don't sell your data, and we don't use scan history for advertising.
