Unfortunately after signing up I had some issues navigating and using the application. I tried to logout, reset password and even uninstalled, restart my phone and installed again without any success. That's unfortunate. My Wifi or data connection was working without any issues accessing internet.

What a pain. Passport Scan got wrong birthdate. Manually edited, clicked Save, and still showing the wrong birthdate. On opening the app, it asked for location; which I refused then the app went into endless loop (Birthright logo animation) until I stopped it and opened it again.

The app only works while connected to the internet, which means it could function better as a website. You can't access anything without a connection. It also is mandatory for some trips and to upload some information.
