Very happy with the doorbell product and app! Like the product, the app is VERY user friendly. Better and easier than "Ring". User is able to record own voice for people to hear instead of annoying doorbell sound. This is a very helpful feature, I'm able to let my customers know that I will be right with them. Worth 10 stars to me!!!

Excellent doorbell & App. I've had this doorbell almost a year now. It's very high end, you can save clips via cloud (obviously for a monthly fee) or on a memory card. The App. is nice & easy to navigate & very stable. I love the fact you can set your own personal chimes via recording them. Wish they were a tad longer than seconds as it loops with a slight gap in the tune. Hopefully that may happen in a future update. This doorbell is very fancy looking & unique. I highly recommend. Huge👍

App is nice only problem is when I get a visitor comes on phone but WILL NOT LET ME ANSWER IT.... and will NOT have a live stream . just old pic ftom ages ago. I just cant get it to to be a door vidro bell. AI works pretty well. But if i put outside and some one came pulled the lead id get the notifications but just not able to answer with the screen. pretty dumb really. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT IM DOING WRONG PLEASE?
