tailix

About this app

Tailix brings together everything your pet needs near you: verified walkers, daycares, veterinarians, pet shops, and a community that helps find lost pets. Request a walk now or schedule one, track it live on the map, and pay through the app.

VERIFIED WALKERS
Each walker verifies their identity with an ID and proof of life before offering walks. On their profile, you can see their rating, reviews from other owners, years of experience, and the neighborhoods and days they work.

IMMEDIATE OR SCHEDULED WALK

• Request a walk now and choose from available walkers near you.

• Schedule walks for another day or create a weekly routine.

• Purchase walking packages with your trusted walker.

• Repeat a previous walk with the same settings in just one tap.

LIVE TRACKING
During the walk, you can see your dog's location on the map. We'll notify you when the walker is arriving and you'll receive photos they share. At the end, you'll have access to the route, duration, and distance. If you'd like, you can share a tracking link with your family.

START CODE
With a new walker, the walk only begins when they enter the code you provide when you pick up your dog, so you know exactly who took them. You can always request this or disable it.

SECURE PAYMENT
Pay by card or cash through Mercado Pago. Payment is confirmed at the end of the walk, and if something goes wrong, you can file a claim through the app. Downloading and using Tailix is free: you only pay for the services you book, at the price published by each provider, with no additional fees.

YOUR PET'S PROFILE
Enter your pet's breed, size, age, vaccinations, medication, and behavior. The walker reviews this information before accepting, so they arrive prepared.

DAYCARE, VETERINARIANS, AND MORE
Book boarding and appointments at daycares, veterinary clinics, and pet shops in your area, with their profiles, photos, and reviews. You can also find nearby shelters on the map.

LOST PETS
Report a lost or found pet, and we'll notify users in the area. Neighbors can alert you via in-app chat, without sharing your phone number.
