Here’s how it works:
1. Download the app
2. Add your pet’s details
3. Add your emergency carer’s contact info
4. Set your preferred check-in times - and adjust them anytime

At each check-in, we’ll send a push notification asking you to confirm you’re okay. If you don’t respond within your chosen timeframe, we’ll notify your emergency carer and share everything they need to take care of your pet until you’re back.
