The past years, I like using the app because I can do my payment online there and check whether I've paid already or not, but since the requirement to update to version 13.0, cannot use anymore, because my device is not compatible. I've contacted the hotline about this, but responded that I need to use other devices, tried to install the app on my other device, also not compatible. So very dissapointed and frustrated now because both my devices is not compatible

It was okay until recently I unable to login despite entering correct username and password. It keeps on popping up that I have made 5 wrong attempts when I only press the login button once and then the apps keeps on blinking several times. No choice but have to use this app for payment but it is inconvenience and looks like they have system bugs. Hope Takaful really look into their system and its securities

I had a really good experience for a couple of years running to renew my car insurance and explore their other products - but they recently had an update saying Huawei phones isn't compatible for the latest update. All other Brunei apps work on my phone well, including banking apps. I've asked so Huawei can be made compatible for the app, so we'll see now. I don't think I appreciate it with my busy schedule having to go and queue manually to apply for my car insurance when I had a better option
