I found this by pure coincidence and this is super useful for animation! When filming reference to base animation on, it's been insanely helpful to isolate arcs and movement of each body part to more clearly translate the reference to the model. I don't mind the ads or time it takes to interpret the footage, but definitely be patient with it. Overall, it's an excellent tool.
