About this app
TakeitFree is a community where neighbours give away things they no longer need, for free.
Have a sofa, a stroller, books or kitchen items you don't use? Post them in a minute with a photo, and someone nearby will pick them up. Need something? Browse free items in your area, request them, and chat with the giver to arrange pickup.
HOW IT WORKS
• Post an item with a photo and your area. That's it, no price.
• People nearby request it. You choose who gets it.
• Chat in the app to arrange the pickup, then mark it as given.
WHY PEOPLE USE IT
• Declutter without waste. Items find a new home instead of the bin.
• Save money. Furniture, appliances, kids' items, books and more, all free.
• Local by design. Browse by governorate and area across Kuwait.
• Safe by default. Your exact pickup spot is private until you share it in chat. Report and block tools included.
• Get notified when new items appear near you or match your saved alerts.
Available in English and Arabic.
TakeitFree is free to use. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
