Signed up as a provider a month and a half ago. Still have yet to see an available chore. I keep getting "500 internal server error". I've contact support 10+ times. I got one helpful person who this app is somehow fortunate to have on board. Same bs over and over otherwise. I've got every skill checked....yet "there may not be any chores for my skills".
This could be a great app with some upkeep on the site. My Provider was puntual and did exactly what I asked. The reason Im not giving it 5 stars is the app itself, while I found submitting for the job, choosing provider etc very straightforward, it doesn't allow you to go back into your job if you want to correct or clarify anything, or even check the time. It seems like you'd need to cancel and resubmit as a new job if you wanted to do even a small update. Also, I was very clear on what I needed and looking more through jobs now, it should have been a small, not medium custom job but wasn't told that, so cost an extra $25. Really though I should have checked better 1st too but it would be more honest if they tell you, especially for new users. All in all a great experience and would definitely use again.
I thought this was supposed to be great...The app itself is pretty good....but there aren't any jobs. I had a gutter cleaning scheduled and made provisions, then the customer canceled a few hours before....where is my $10 that Takl collected???....needs more advertising or SOMEthing.
Pricing sucks you can't make any extra cash from it. The platform sucks you can't set times and dates easy. Slow to pay you the penny's you make. Thsnkful its a free app. Cause you would lose money if you had to pay for it. They need real pros to help or consult them on pricing. Cause they are short changing them self and others.
It's only available in a few cities. Which sucks. So I'm not able to use it
I like the way the app is set up. It's new to Atlanta so there aren't that many jobs. It's great that they give everyone a chance to make extra cash with the discount code. Overall good app, but I wish there was more advertising.
