About this app

TaxiDA Driver brings taxi stand queue management to the driver's pocket. No need to ask the stand office to see your place in the queue; the entire queue, trip, and shift flow is managed from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Start a shift — select the vehicle you're using, start your shift, and close it when finished. • Join a stand — scan the QR code at the stand and join the queue. • See your place in the queue live — see your position, how many vehicles are ahead of you, and which vehicle is next in line. The screen updates itself as the queue progresses. • Start and finish a trip — pick up a passenger when it's your turn, choose a short/long route, and close it when the trip is finished. • Preferred trip — open a trip outside the queue for a passenger called by phone. • Cancel a trip — cancel a trip if the passenger doesn't arrive, write the reason; your place in the queue is preserved if you cancel within a short time. • Live map — track the real-time location of vehicles at your stand on the map. • Trip history — see your past trips, durations, and cancellation reasons.

HOW IT WORKS

The application works with the TaksiDA system of the taxi stand you are affiliated with. Your account is identified by the stand manager — registration is not done through the application. If your stand does not use TaksiDA, you cannot use the application.

LOCATION USAGE

Your location is only used when you join a queue (to verify that you are at the correct stand) and during an active trip (so that the stand management can track the vehicle). The application does not continuously collect location in the background, and your location is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.
