Taksidur – Digital Taxi Stand Management System

Taksidur is a new generation digital taxi stand system that combines QR calling, digital queuing, automated call distribution, and financial tracking for taxi stands, drivers, and businesses.

The system consists of two applications: Taksidur (Stand Authority & Switchboard) and Taksisof (Driver Application).

🚕 QR TAXI CALL
Passengers can call a taxi in seconds by scanning the QR code specific to your stand with their phone camera, without downloading the application. QR codes can be placed at stands, hotels, restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and other businesses. Calls received via QR are free.

📞 SWITCHBOARD CALL
Calls from customers calling the stand by phone can be added to the system from the Taksidur switchboard panel. A fee of 5 TL per call is applied for calls received via phone.

🔢 DIGITAL STAND QUEUE SYSTEM
When the driver arrives at the stand, they press the "Join Queue" button via Taksisof. GPS control is performed, and if the driver is within a 150-meter radius of the station, they are added to the digital queue according to their arrival order. The driver sees their place in the queue and the total number of vehicles live; the station manager also monitors the same queue.

⚡ AUTOMATIC CALL DISTRIBUTION
When a new call is created, the system automatically sends an offer to the first available driver in the queue. The driver must respond within 2 minutes. If they do not respond, the call is automatically rejected, the driver is moved to the end of the queue, and the call is sent to the next driver.

🚦 NO DRIVER IN QUEUE
The call remains pending, and a notification is sent to the manager. If no assignment is made within 10 minutes and a new driver does not join the queue, the call is automatically canceled. If a new driver joins the queue while it is pending, the system may redirect the call to an available driver.

🛡️ FAKE GPS PROTECTION
The system checks for suspicious situations such as fake GPS, Mock Location, and developer mode. In case of suspicious location detection, queue entry may be rejected; The driver can be removed from the queue system for 24 hours, and the station manager is informed.

⚖️ SPECIAL INTERVENTION
In special situations such as luggage, child seats, or disabled passengers, the manager can select a specific driver. The reason for the intervention is recorded with an explanation. This ensures that unusual procedures are tracked transparently.

🧭 NAVIGATION
The driver who accepts the call can view the passenger's location via Taksisof and reach the passenger with navigation support.

⏱️ AUTOMATIC COMPLETION
If no completion notification is sent after a call is accepted, the system automatically considers the call completed after 60 minutes.

📋 PAST RECORDS
Drivers can view completed calls, and station managers can view the call history of drivers assigned to the station. Old records can be loaded page by page.

💰 RISK-FREE TEST WITH 1,000 TL
You can test the system without risk by starting with a balance of 1,000 TL. You can try the system with your drivers and real calls.

💳 QR PAYMENT
Passengers can make quick and easy payments after their trip using the QR payment infrastructure. There are no call charges for calls made via QR.

💹 ADDITIONAL INCOME MODEL
Taksidur member taxi stands within 1 km of the passenger's pick-up location can automatically earn a commission of 1%-2% from the trip under suitable conditions.
