Takt is a minimalist metronome built for musicians who want precise timing, a calm interface, and practice tools that actually improve rhythm.

Advanced practice modes

Tempo Trainer
Set a start BPM and end BPM, then increase or decrease by a chosen amount every set number of bars. Perfect for controlled acceleration, endurance work, and smooth tempo transitions.

Polyrhythm Mode
Practice two rhythms against each other (for example 5 against 7) with distinct voices and a synchronized visual layout. Built for rhythmic independence and complex timing.

Drift Mode (internal pulse training)
A deliberate “unstable metronome” that gently drifts around your target tempo with our own developed algorithm. Your goal is to hold the true pulse instead of chasing the click. Includes a live drift graph.

Presets

Save your setups for pieces or exercises, load them instantly, reorder them, and delete what you don’t need.
