SLOW AND GETS STUCK ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!! Its super slow especially if I press the back arrow in the top left, it gets stuck and does not load the search results and most of the time I am forced to conduct the same search AGAIN, filter again, scroll all the way down to where I was, and click in a new item, click back arrow, and IT GETS STUCK AGAIN!!!! Please fix. this is SUPER annoying. thank you.

I just learned today in a survey that Talbots had an app, and after using it for 5 minutes, I'm uninstalling. Love Talbots, but the app interface is just the mobile website packaged in buggy app that freezes and is impossible to navigate. What's the point? A bit surprised that a company known for its amazing customer service is apparently uninterested in providing a customers an app experience that is even minimally functional. I expect more from Talbots.

I love Talbots. However, this app is horrible. I constantly have to close it out. I cannot edit the shopping bag. At some point during any search, it stops displaying the items! I usually have to go the website to complete anything. That makes the app worthless. PLEASE Talbots, please fix this app!!
