SLOW AND GETS STUCK ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!! Its super slow especially if I press the back arrow in the top left, it gets stuck and does not load the search results and most of the time I am forced to conduct the same search AGAIN, filter again, scroll all the way down to where I was, and click in a new item, click back arrow, and IT GETS STUCK AGAIN!!!! Please fix. this is SUPER annoying. thank you.

A Great Place to Shop! The number one thing I like about TALBOTS is the fit. #2 is they have a huge selection of petite sizes. They do run out of petite sizes b4 regular sizes. #3 If you get their credit card, you get 5% off, and they text you about extra savings that no one else knows about. #4 They carry every size: petites, misses, tall, plus, & plus petite. #5 The sizes are spot on (with a few exceptions). You can read purchasers' comments on how the sizes fit each person. I love Talbots!

I just learned today in a survey that Talbots had an app, and after using it for 5 minutes, I'm uninstalling. Love Talbots, but the app interface is just the mobile website packaged in buggy app that freezes and is impossible to navigate. What's the point? A bit surprised that a company known for its amazing customer service is apparently uninterested in providing a customers an app experience that is even minimally functional. I expect more from Talbots.
