Ratings and reviews

Horrible. We can accept 1 or 2 transactions and then it crashes and we have to spend another 2 hours with tech support trying to get it going again. At least for a about a year or so we were able to manually enter the card number via the app on the phone, so we tried a new card reader thinking that was the problem. Now the app isn't working again. Very frustrating, plus the fees for accepting VISA are sky high.

After several tries of getting the app to work on my phone there was an unknown system update I needed to do and it is working. If I could use parts of the app on a laptop to make invoices and add to my inventory and stuff like that it would be phenomenal. But at the moment I'm stuck making all changes to inventory and invoices on the phone which is not very efficient. So please make a web port or computer app for the purpose of making invoices and inventory changes.

I have tried sending an email to you guys from TWO DIFFERENT email addresses, & BOTH have bounced back with a LONG message that explains "why" my message(s) was undeliverable. This is very aggravating! -- My message was to let you guys know that the app keeps bumping me out whenever I try to add items to the Catalog (or Menu). PLEASE HELP & UPDATE YOUR APP! Thank You.
