Ratings and reviews

.I had a paid portfolio for 3 months, no single lead came. All free ones were coming. I got zero leads, forget conversion, for paid profile. What they said was that portfolio wasn't updated - after a couple of years when I mentioned why I don't want a paid plan anymore. Stupid, isn't it? They don't pickup the calls after giving paid profile, they take files via mail and say its okay, we will fix, they assure the portfolio is fine, and hide their failure behind the paying customer. Apart from poor service in general, there's a cowardly customer service in place. Thankfully, I didn't depend on talentrack, and used my talent to get work myself. Testing the app again for someone else, suggested many people to not pay a single penny to these frauds, but use the free version. Because when you pay - you get free version plus zero customer care. When free, you get some customer care. Beware artists, especially photographers. In fact I hired a model from them, and he was so terrible and overpriced - which their team couldn't solve. Asking more money than it should have been

Talentrack is an Excellent Platform for aspirants to get a career chance in modelling & on screen world.

They only receive your application, they don't even bother to see your portfolio and any other information. These are fake job applications and you never get any call from any of the casting agency. After registration, they don't even bother to follow up with you and the most unfortunate part is you don't get even a single call for audition, forget about selection. At least u have got to call someone, without audition how can ignore real talents in India. Not a good experience at all!
