The Moon
is a minimal interstellar watch face centered on a lunar anomaly.
Embedded within a crater on the dark side of the Moon lies a massive artificial sphere, a hidden hub where time is quietly assembled. Inside it, countless smaller spheres reposition themselves with purpose, some form Roman numerals, some align as hour markers, others flow continuously to indicate minutes. A lone orbiting sphere traces the seconds along the edge of the dial.
Time is not drawn.
It is constructed, reorganized moment by moment by an unknown intelligence.
