Talivio is the mobile companion for Talivio customers. It brings your support requests and billing overview into one place, so you do not have to open a browser to check where things stand.

SUPPORT REQUESTS
• See all your requests with their current status: open, answered or closed
• Read the full conversation and reply directly from the app
• Open a new request and set its priority

BILLING
• Review your invoices and their payment status
• See your active subscriptions at a glance
• Billing is read-only in the app; payments are handled on the secure page hosted by our payment provider

NOTIFICATIONS
• Get notified when someone replies to your request
• Get reminded about invoices that need attention
• Notifications can be turned off per device

ACCESS FOR TEAMS
If someone has granted you access to their Talivio account, you can switch to that view inside the app and work on their behalf, limited to the scopes you were given. You always start in your own account.

LANGUAGES
English, Turkish, Estonian, German and Spanish. Your language and theme are stored with your account, so they follow you to your other devices.

A Talivio account is required to use this app.
