Ratings and reviews

This is one of the worst app experiences I have ever encountered so far. Messages does not load properly. If it does, it takes forever to load. After the last update, devs even sent a message asking us to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work again. They can't even update it without bothering the users. It's a shame that one of the premium daycare and school providers in Sri Lanka is using this app for the purpose of communication while there are a lot of better apps out there.

Why does this app request GPS location and ability to take photos and record audio/video, not allowed to continue without giving such? How does such data is used by this kind an app?

No idea why. App was giving error server side. And when logged in showed details of a student in a different school. Very serious issue .
