Bluetooth only works through sound but microphone doesn't for some reason. I've reset, tried different headsets, no luck. ring notifications are all over the place. playing two different sounds over each other. sometimes they don't stop if I answer from my computer instead of the phone. I'm submitting this here because the Share Feedback button within the app isn't working either. Please add Settings. I will be increase my review when these instability issues are resolved

Less than Barebones functionality with a more glitches than I'm willing to put up with. It can recieve calls. Usually. Lacks some basic functions for business such as hold or transfering. Doesn't always play well with it's desktop app. Doesn't play well bluetooth. And for a couple of weeks now, at least, it will ONLY go through speakerphone and will not allow me to switch off. Good start(?) But feels more like something still in pre-release, not a tool for a buisness to rely on.

Being such a big company, the aap is horrible. I can't make calls without the application getting hung up, frezzing, have to tap on the dailler two times just to open so that I can call the client. It has soo many bugs. I had to shift from the desktop to app as my laptop mic was not working and its been a hell since then and I am not able to call from the app. I have gotten so frustrated due to which it has made me come here and drop a review. Get your app fixed guys!!!!
