Talkroute customers can now run their businesses anywhere by making and receiving calls with the new Talkroute Android app:

* Make Outbound Calls using your Talkroute number (requires working phone service on your Android device)
* Use your Talkroute call history to manage & return business calls
* Check voicemail messages & manage voicemail boxes
* Send & receive text messages
* Switch between your different Talkroute phone numbers at anytime
* Set up push notifications for voicemail messages and text messages

Now you can look and sound professional anywhere, while keeping your cell phone number private, with the Talkroute Android app.

Note: The Talkroute app works by calling an access number through your Android device's regular dialer. This requires that you have voice and data access with your service provider for the app to work.

Ratings and reviews

I've used a few VOIP solutions over the past few years but always found the voice and call quality to be very limited. The talk route system is by far the best I've used in terms of call quality. No comparisons even come close. The app also allows you to add a call to your contacts with one click. I am very impressed and looking forward to trying their desktop app soon. (BTW if your company is porting a number this process is a pain , be patient..the support team is very helpful)

This company has failed to address ongoing spam/scam call issues on my business line. Despite multiple detailed reports, support repeatedly asked for “more examples” instead of investigating the account. Responses took days, yet delays were blamed on me. Nine+ emails later, no resolution. Customer service is unresponsive, inefficient, and lacks accountability. I do not recommend for any serious business use.

Would be great if there was a search option for numbers. I often have to find a specific number (work related reasons) and it's difficult in the app. I also have what looks like a drop down menu in the history but it never works. I'm guessing it's to filter by missed/out/in like the desktop version but I have no idea cause it does nothing. 😊
