Very helpful app for our cruise! It was nice to have our itinerary and reservations in a single place. It also made check-in super easy with a scannable QR code. I think the app could be improved in some ways (adding the opening / closing times of stores and restaurants on board, for example) but it was very useful overall.

service is becoming worse and worse. Today, Dec 16th 2025 i was log out from the app, and i can't sign in back. web-servive doesn't work: it shows tech error and ask to contact support. but link to support page doesn't exist. phone support doesn't work at evening. they simply doesn't care anymore.

App is nice but one problem. The send boarding pass as pdf (which you might need for work) does not always work and there is no way to retrieve old boarding passes if the sending has failed or you forgot to do it. At that is what customer service said. As i can't answer the comment, i would like to stress that my comment was about specifically boarding passes. People need them for work sometimes to prove their trip.
