Very helpful app for our cruise! It was nice to have our itinerary and reservations in a single place. It also made check-in super easy with a scannable QR code. I think the app could be improved in some ways (adding the opening / closing times of stores and restaurants on board, for example) but it was very useful overall.

The app would be ok but booking trips is a nightmare, same as the website. This is because of this fixation for preselecting everything instead of letting me choose destination, day and time one by one is really irritating. Several times I booked the wrong direction Helsinki-Tallinn or the wrong time without realizing, only because of preselection.

When entering trailer license plate number and pressing "save", an error pops up saying to check network connection. Everything was checked multiple times, tried mobile data and wifi, doesn't work neither on the App nor via website. As if on purpose to make us pay 20€ at the live check-in.
