Ratings and reviews

Very helpful app for our cruise! It was nice to have our itinerary and reservations in a single place. It also made check-in super easy with a scannable QR code. I think the app could be improved in some ways (adding the opening / closing times of stores and restaurants on board, for example) but it was very useful overall.

This app allows to do online check-in (for short sails with no cabins) and avoid queues. Make sure this option is actually available for you.

Can't really use this app for anything if you're on a work/group trip since to show information this app requires a booking number. Don't really understand why it's not possible to just manually input the cruise information you're currently on. The only thing you can use is the Club One card and book another trip. edit 2025. Still waiting for the ability to manually add cruise information without a booking number.
