SmTracker – MJB Tea World

SmTracker is an internal mobile application developed exclusively for MJB Group employees to record attendance, mark visits, and share on-duty live location in real time.
It helps MJB Group monitor field operations, track workforce movement, and maintain accurate attendance and duty records.

This app is not intended for public use and requires an authorized login provided by the organization.

📱 Key Features

✅ Clock In / Clock Out System
Employees can easily mark their attendance with real-time timestamps. Attendance data is synced securely with the company’s internal server.

✅ Live Location Tracking (Foreground Service)
Tracks employee movement only during official duty hours (after Clock-In and before Clock-Out).
Tracking runs transparently with a persistent system notification, in full compliance with Google Play policies.

✅ Visit & Route Verification
Records each site or client visit automatically with GPS coordinates and visit photos. Enables supervisors to verify field tasks accurately.

✅ Photo Capture at Site
Captures a live image as proof of visit. All photos are securely uploaded and linked to respective attendance or visit records.

✅ Break & Duty Management
Employees can pause tracking during breaks; the system automatically stops collecting location outside duty hours.

✅ Offline Support
Works even in areas with poor connectivity. Data syncs automatically when the device is back online.

✅ Secure Cloud Integration
All attendance and location data are encrypted and stored securely in the organization’s internal database.

🔒 Privacy & Data Handling

SmTracker is strictly used for organizational purposes.
Data collected is owned and controlled by MJB Group, and is used solely for HR, attendance, and compliance purposes.

The App collects:

Location Data: Only between Clock-In and Clock-Out, to record routes and visits.

Camera Access: To capture proof-of-visit photos.

Notifications: To indicate when tracking is active (foreground service).

Storage (temporary): To cache visit photos before upload.

No location or camera data is collected when the user is off duty or logged out.
SmTracker does not display ads, does not sell data, and complies with Google Play’s Data Safety and User Data policies.

Users with valid organization login credentials only

The app is restricted to company use and cannot be used without admin approval.
