For about the last 6 months, when I go to pay the bills for my two accounts, it says "payment failed." Once I clear that message, one of the accounts' payments goes through, while the other does not. I then have to call the automated line to go through all of that to pay it. The whole point of me having this app is to make the paying process easier and much faster.

Love the fact that you have the 2 options to get your account connected...pay as you go (as we call it .. a prepaid bill) or you can do the traditional one month billing cycle personally I have prepaid and I love it I can put what I can afford on my power of need be instead of having to worry about a bill that's due and if I can t pay it the. It's shut off. Prepaid account is a better option for my household.alo exceptional service and a 24 hour automated system that's very easy to use

The app isn't horrible as many of these reviewers imply. However it's not very user friendly when setting it up and linking your account. There isn't really a guide to using the app as well, so its one of those apps to where you would have to play around with it. I suggest a small demonstration video or some introduction guide for new users. Everything else is pretty neat by reviewing your usage, paying your bill, setting up auto-pay, to even adding family/friends to your account.
