"Tama App" is an app exclusively for customers of Tama Co., Ltd., a car sales and maintenance company in Kanagawa Prefecture.

You can handle all your car-related communication with this one app.

■ What you can do

【Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance】

・Check your vehicle's inspection expiration date at a glance. We will also inform you of the availability date.
* Request estimates for vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance through the app.
* We also support free-form input consultations where you simply send a text message describing "what you want done."

[Communication with the Shop]
* We will inform you of the progress of vehicle preparation and the status of inspections and repairs via the app.
* We will handle consultations regarding problems and scheduling visits via chat.
* Notifications will be delivered via push notifications.

[Trade-in Appraisal]
* Simply send photos and mileage, and the shop will contact you with an appraisal.

[Recall Information]
* When a recall notice is issued for your registered vehicle, you will be notified via the app and notification.

[Vehicle Management]
* Manage multiple vehicles, including those of your family, all in one place.
* Check information such as license plate number, year, and grade anytime.

■ About Usage
This app is exclusively for existing customers of Tama Co., Ltd. An invitation code issued by the shop is required for registration.
If you do not have an invitation code, please contact the shop (0463-64-2800).
