The range of products is very nice, but the delivery time and their customer service is trash ,my family and i cancelled 5 requests in the past 3 months because at the day of arrival they call and say that the product isn't available (after being already confirmed by them), Great app but very bad management.

When I am confused about buying something, I go to Tamata because it is an application that contains everything I think and need. This is not a compliment, but about the experience and the services and offers are very good. Even the drivers who deliver the goods are treated well and have good appearance and behavior.

Don't even bother using it. The worst shopping app ever. The customer service sucks. I have ordered an item and they took a week to tell me that it is not available 😑 Edit: They did call me and apologize also give 30,000 for the trouble. Just to be fair.
