Before I made the payment, their team called and followed up regularly every day until I subscribed. However, after making the payment, the service completely changed. No one answered my calls, and I rarely received any callbacks when I needed assistance. I enrolled in a 3-month VIP plan, but during this period, they did not arrange any meaningful
