Worst app. First, it asks for way too much personal information. Secondly, even after giving all that personal information, the app is extremely unstable, it makes me wonder, how can a company with this much branches design such a poor app.

1. Cannot order some items from the physical menu. 2. Choose spicy level is like climbing a mountain, especially if you need higher spicy. you should save your client's preference, or make it a one click. 3. Cannot use the coupon if you don't order by QR code, but the QR code need to be asked everytimes, they don't give you by default.

Absolutely horrible experience with the app. The app requires log in, the qr code on the receipt is useless, too much detail are required to register, app is slow. The restaurant used to be known for its fast service and the waiters' special accent, but now everything has to be done automatically. Very disappointed with the new system.
